During its development, the team navigated design challenges influenced by Apple’s evolving macOS control center styles, notably rejecting the blurry “Liquid Glass” aesthetic of macOS 26 (Tahoe) and adapting to stricter icon shape policies. They also improved user experience by separating complex audio device controls into dedicated windows, balancing powerful functionality with an agile, unobtrusive app posture.
