How to Fix “KCGErrorFailure” with Unexpected Log Out in OS X

After kind of solving [link id='519′ text='”kernel NVDA(OpenGL): Channel exception! exception type = 0xd = GR: SW Notify Error”‘] problem reinstalling OS X, I faced another problem: “KCGErrorFailure” with unexpected log out. Sometimes this error happens once a day and sometimes there are couple days without any error.

I haven't tried these yet, but MacFixIt has an article relating to the problem: Managing unexpected log-outs in OS X.

Got any other solutions?

    1. Hi hank,

No, unfortunately I didn’t find the solution, but on the other hand the error isn’t bothering anymore. It must have been an OS X update or an update in some other application that fixed it.
